This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting and compliance for a fast-growing SaaS company. You’ll work with a team of dedicated professionals to manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile accounts, oversee asset management, and assist with multi-entity, multi-currency transactions. If you are passionate about accounting in a technology-driven environment, this role will offer you the chance to make a significant impact while developing your skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment. <strong> Key Skills </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> ERP and CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Navan systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of US GAAP, multi-currency transactions, and reconciliation processes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Detail Orientation: Precision in preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining asset schedules </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently drive tasks </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Organizational Skills: Skilled in managing multiple tasks to meet monthly and annual closing timelines </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead A/R and A/P Processes: Lead accounts receivable and accounts payable, record daily general ledger entries, and perform reconciliations for monthly and year-end reporting </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Procure to Pay: Lead the end-to-end invoice and payment processing, ensuring invoices are accurately matched. Ensure timely approval of payments in accordance with Degreed’s approval policies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Process Payments and Reconciliations: Handle the AP process, confirm bank and vendor details, prepare bank reconciliations, and complete cash applications </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prepare Journal Entries: Post monthly journal entries and complete reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts, including capital expenditures and depreciation schedules </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support Monthly Close: Conduct closing tasks, including recording journal entries for multi-currency and intercompany transactions, to ensure timely and accurate financial statements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with international finance teams to reconcile multi-entity and multi-currency intercompany transactions on the general ledger </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Compensation and Benefits </strong></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The total annual compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
