Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment. </em></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Job Description </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> As the <strong> Senior Revenue Accountant </strong> at <strong> QAD, </strong> you will be part of a team of professionals focused on achieving outcomes efficiently to support our ever-developing strategies. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Essential Duties: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Reviews customer contracts and applies proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and established company revenue recognition policies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assists with month-end revenue analytics and reconciliations </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyzes monthly SaaS and Professional Services revenue by customer </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Reconciles monthly deferred revenue </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Performs annual standalone selling price analysis for SaaS and Professional Services </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assists with year-end financial audit activities of customer contracts </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Self-starter who strives for continuous improvement and loves to identify and solve problems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail to perform financial ad hoc analyses and projects </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Forward-thinking mindset to support the ongoing revenue automation process and consider further potential system enhancements related to revenue </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve on-time accurate results </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to quickly learn new software systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Education  &  Experience: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA equivalent a plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum of 3 to 5 years of contract revenue recognition accounting experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in multiple-element revenue recognition for SaaS / Software / Professional Services contracts </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Your health and well being are important to us at QAD.
