This role will require leveraging expertise in solar technology and market trends to provide strategic direction on project design and execution. This role will drive the success of our platform, contributing directly to our company's growth in the renewable energy sector. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Essential Job Duties  &  Responsibilities: </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Reviews and validates solar project proposals, including system design, performance modeling, cost estimation, and technical documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review proposals and designs to ensure they pass our validation process. Modify proposals as needed and communicate with contractors until the design validation process is complete. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Required Skills, Knowledge  &  Abilities: </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelors or equivalent work experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in solar energy project design or proposal development </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficient in proposal software and tools </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Commitment to staying informed about technological advancements and sustainability practices in the renewable energy sector </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> Compensation: $18-23/hr. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><b> Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions: </b></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
