Works with Delivery Manager(s) and Practice Manager(s) to identify appropriate resources based on requested skills, geographic location, and working hours. Coordinates a variety of tasks such as liaising with Agencies and Independent Contractors for temporary staffing needs, reviewing candidate’s resumes, scheduling interviews, reviewing feedback, confirming allocation, creating contracts, onboarding individuals, issue management and relationship management with Partner Agencies. This individual also collaborates in the development of processes and systems to identify, track, action and report on Subcontracting. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> A Staff Augmentation Specialist must be an excellent communicator, be able to foster relationships with both employees and external partners and individuals. Ideally, they should have experience in recruitment, or project Coordinator roles.
