In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and positioning that will resonate with prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, field teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and drive the increased awareness and adoption of Clickhouse. What you will do <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouse </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the market </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement content </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with the cross functional team to gather market insights and understand customer needs </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead the launch of new products and features </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Evaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations </li></ul> What you will bring <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of experience in product, product marketing, or a software engineering role at a startup </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience and/or a deep interest in developing product positioning and messaging </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deep understanding of databases, particularly SQL and OLAP </li></ul> #LI-Remote <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Compensation </div> This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant.
