Interact with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Actively observe trends and developments in social media and e-commerce to develop innovative ideas and approaches. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create reports to optimize strategies. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Requirements </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce sector. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working as a social media manager for a U.S. (DTC) e-commerce brand or handling a brand targeting the U.S. market. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in creating high-quality UGC content. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Native-level proficiency in English.
