The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), as well as strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Salesforce and Certinia, while also acting as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Salesforce Administration: </strong><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating workflows, process builders, flows, and reports. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Implement and support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features through continuous learning and certifications. </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Certinia Administration: </strong><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Administer and optimize Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) to support financial and professional services processes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Configure and manage key Certinia modules, such as PSA (Professional Services Automation) and FFA. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and Certinia. </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Business Analyst Functions: </strong><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements or process improvements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test system changes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Train and support end-users, providing documentation and guidance on system usage. </li></ul></li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party tools and financial systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar financial management systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working in finance, professional services, or similar industries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Full-time employment </div></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> 📌 Remote in Philippines </div></div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Don’t meet every single requirement?
