This role is pivotal in managing the traffic of projects, ensuring that tasks are effectively delegated to the right designers, and maintaining communication with clients to guarantee high-quality and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative processes, quality standards, and operational speed, with prior experience in a creative agency setting being a plus. <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Tasks </div> Workflow Management: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee and direct the workflow of all designers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective time management. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate and delegate tasks according to designers’ strengths and areas of expertise. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Client Interaction: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and clients, ensuring client needs are translated effectively into actionable tasks. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any changes or issues that arise. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Quality Control: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain high standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency in quality, brand alignment, and adherence to project objectives. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review and approve final outputs before delivery to the client. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Traffic and Resource Management: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage traffic within the team to ensure that the workload is balanced and resources are allocated efficiently. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Forecast resource needs based on project load and timelines and adjust scheduling to maintain workflow. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Creative Platform Oversight: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure the smooth operation of the Creative Platform Oversight, managing day-to-day activities and solving any logistical issues that may impact productivity. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handovers of projects or assets needed for successful execution. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Leadership and Mentorship: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide guidance, feedback, and support to designers to foster skill development and creativity. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with the team to encourage a collaborative environment and support the professional growth of team members. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Requirements </div> Qualifications • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a creative agency. • Deep understanding of creative workflows, design quality standards, and project traffic management. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and clients. • Experience in task delegation and resource management. • Ability to maintain high standards of quality while ensuring operational efficiency.
