The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to provide high-quality, employee-oriented services and ensure efficient administration of daily People functions. Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Daily Operations: Ensure efficient operation of employment processes, including contract preparation, onboarding, changes, absences, and offboarding. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and guide related inquiries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oracle System: Maintain data, approve change requests, generate and analyze reports, and work on updates and improvements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Personnel Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records and manage administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Payroll: Process employee movements and prepare monthly salary reports. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Health and Safety: Schedule and assist with medical check-ups, and manage work safety and protection documents. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> International Assignments: Assist with international assignments and relocation documents. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> General Employment Matters: Handle various employment-related tasks and ensure alignment with company policies and local regulations. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div> Educational Background <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> University degree </li></ul> Previous Experience <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum 3 years in a similar role </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with an HR database preferred, training provided if needed </li></ul> Knowledge and Skills <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> High knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in People/HR operations (min 3 years), preferably in a remote capacity. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS. </li></ul> Key Competencies <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analytical thinking: Systematic problem-solving and critical reflection. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and completeness in tasks. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Persistence: High autonomy and strong organizational skills; focus on meeting targets </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Teamwork: Collaborative approach to achieve common goals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Time management: Effective use of personal time </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Interacting with people: Building relationships and communicating effectively across cultures </li></ul> Language Proficiency <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong English proficiency (B2 and higher); German language skills preferred. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div> Candidate Locations <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Moldova </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Poland </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bulgaria </li></ul> Why Join Us? <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Remote Support with Local Connection: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while supporting teams in other locations.
