Essential duties: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Delivering full life cycle recruiting in a timely manner </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Creating and maintaining trust with internal hiring partners while delivering world class services to your hiring managers. Maintaining deep understanding of our customer facing capabilities and external competitors. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Sourcing: champion and execute recruitment initiatives to build talent communities for hard to fill roles. Develop innovative and creative sourcing methods </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Take action to ensure smooth and effective collaboration with Hiring Managers. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and execute recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of talent for future needs </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Source potential candidates for job openings ensuring position requirements and expectations are assessed. Identify, engage and convert passive job seekers (LinkedIn, social media etc.) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Facilitate interview process, offer management, reference checks and handoff to onboarding </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create and maintain recruitment collateral to build employment branding, including design of careers website, write recruitment ads </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years recruiting experience in a CRO setting; skilled hiring CRO roles including Statistical / SAS Programmers, Clinical Data Associates, Medical Coders, Safety Specialists, Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory and Startup Specialists </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Skilled building candidate pipelines from scratch </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Have successfully managed workloads of 15+ open requisitions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prior experience with direct sourcing for passive candidates.
