THE ROLE The Account Manager is at the forefront of Zeta’s strategic enterprise-direct client partnerships. In this fast-paced environment, the Account Manager ensures that their book of Zeta clients is meeting its campaign performance goals and works in tandem with their Account Director and Client Development partners to drive account growth via highly deterministic digital advertising programs. Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Serve as primary point person for any/all campaign requests and communication with client, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Rapidly acquire a deep and technical understanding of Zeta’s core offerings, campaign analyses, competitive solution advantages, and the processes that power them with the ability to articulate the benefits of each persuasively to prospects and customers. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate, manage, and organize all facets of campaign management including custom creative buildouts, data management, and thorough documentation of all processes associated with your book of clients. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conceptualize and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead weekly client status meetings and own client-facing project management documentation to track deliverables. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Liaise with both internal and external teams, maintaining clear documentation and accountability to track deliverables. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor both internal and third-party reporting for features like pacing, performance and budgetary purposes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with internal teams to provide continued feedback and analysis for campaigns, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Share accumulated expertise with clients to advise on campaign strategies that aim at generating scalable performance results. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with the Zeta Analytics and Client Development teams to prepare post-campaign analysis reports for clients. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term success. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the flow of campaigns from start to finish. </li></ul> Desired Skills and Experience: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 4+ years' experience in online advertising within an Account Management and/or client-facing Project Management function. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Comfort holding yourself and your teammates accountable to mutual agreements and goals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and positively impact all levels of the decision-making process. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proud reputation as a "go-getter" with comfort digging into challenges. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, while maintaining careful attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passion for media and data, and a thorough understanding of the digital advertising industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong presentation skills, including a high level of comfort with PowerPoint </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent persuasive writing, communication, and presentation skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Able to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Travel as needed </li></ul> BENEFITS & PERKS <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Unlimited PTO </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Employee Equity and Stock Purchase Plan </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance </li></ul> And more!! COMPENSATION RANGE The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00, depending on location and experience.
