This role is crucial in understanding the unique needs of enterprise customers and offering tailored solutions that meet these requirements. Enterprise Account Executives build strong relationships with prospective customers and ecosystem partners. This job involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> You will have 5+ years of experience in a competitive SaaS environment (or equivalent experience in the Political/Nonprofit space) with at least 3 years of B2B SaaS new business AE experience. You are energetic with passion and an innate drive to excel at any task and take ownership of delivering. Enterprise Account Executives operate proactively and are deeply committed to our vision of serving the world’s leaders. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> You will: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Exceed 100% of assigned, quarterly sales quota </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and maintain a pipeline of 6x quarterly quota </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execute all stages and aspects of NationBuilder’s sales process </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Access the right set of prospect stakeholders, understand all personas and effectively team sell </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and technology partners within assigned territory </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Focus on lead generation through target account prospecting, in-person events, ecosystem partner relationships, outbound cold calling/emailing, and other sales/marketing activities </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the NationBuilder product and value proposition and can communicate it in a clear and succinct manner </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Cultivate robust cross-functional relationships that improve ability to move strategic deals and achieve sales targets </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Use NationBuilder’s sales tools effectively </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Accurately forecast new business in weekly sales meetings </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Keep a pulse on events and networking opportunities within your assigned territories and attend when possible, or help organize for others to attend in your place </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proactively take on additional responsibilities and opportunities to help build the sales org and broader NationBuilder business </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> To be successful in the role, you’ll have: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of SaaS experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a new business enterprise AE role </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Consistent overachievement of annual quotas </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Have closed multiple $30k+ ARR deals, which include modestly complex implementations, professional services and change management </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Have sold for 3+ years in a highly competitive space and thrive in a competitive buyer evaluation </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Rigorous attention to detail </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Highly motivated and can work in a rapidly growing company and industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Reflective listening skills with customers and the ability to structure solutions based on those reflections </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience as a SDR and or self-generating new qualified leads </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passion for the NationBuilder mission </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience either selling an integrated suite of tools that was foundational to the customer’s technology stack or experience in the political, non-profit, or advocacy space </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience selling to customers where consultants and agencies are often involved is a plus </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Account Executive </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> $100,000 </span><span> — </span><span> $200,000 USD </span></div></div></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> NationBuilder is an equal opportunity employer and we value inclusion.
