In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional go-to-market talent for Garner as the crucial first impression for thousands of candidates, and delivering a stellar candidate experience throughout. Working with the Head of Talent, you will also partner together to analyze processes and ensure we’re constantly improving how we hire. There has never been a more exciting time to be at Garner Health, and this role will be responsible for the most important key to our success: the talent. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you’ll do: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with Head of Talent to define and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the delivery of hiring goals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you need to be successful: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 4+ years of experience in sales recruiting and sourcing, with digital health recruiting experience required </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or high growth company </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong process designer, with the ability to execute operational process systematically with a keen eye for scaling </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions without compromising the candidate experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passion for diversity and inclusion recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of the U.S. healthcare system </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws.
