Our advanced solutions and expert team provide unparalleled security for our clients. We are looking for a Channel Sales Engineer to join our team and help partners understand the true value and capabilities of our product(s) and services. Key Responsibilities <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical expertise - Must demonstrate deep knowledge of our cybersecurity products and services, assisting the sales team in presenting and position them to prospects and clients. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer engagement - Must meet with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions are the perfect fit for them. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Product demonstrations - Provide live demos and proof of concepts for our cybersecurity solutions, tailoring each demo to the specific needs and concerns of the potential customer. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Solution development - Will work closely with the Channel & Alliances sales team and product teams to design and refine our solutions based on customer needs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical training - train the sales team on the technical aspects of our products to enhance their ability to sell more effectively. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Feedback loop - relay feedback from the field to our product and engineering teams, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our product. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> RFP/RFI assistance - Assist in answering technical sections of RFPs and RFIs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Post-sales support - On rare occasions, assist in post-sales processes to ensure the smooth implementation and satisfaction of our customers. </li></ul> What You’ll Bring <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced degree(s) are a plus. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, in the cybersecurity domain. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3+ years of experience supporting a Channel & Alliances team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrates ability to simplify complex technical topics for a non-technical audience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Highly collaborative with a strong sense of initiative. </li></ul> Travel Required We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 50% of travel to be successful. In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Total On-Target Compensation: $240,000 - $260,000 OTE with a 75/25 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options).
