So let’s win together. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Job Description </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> As a Certification Executive you will play a key role in the Entain Studios Operations team, spearheading the Certification process. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Reporting to the Head of Operations, as a Certification Executive Your key responsibilities will be to work alongside our In-House studios, Test Houses, and Compliance teams to ensure the Games Roadmap and deliveries are certified and submitted to Regulators for approval in all our markets and US states. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The role also includes responsibility on ensuring an audit trail is maintained by recording and documenting all submissions, and certification cycles, along the way. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> This role requires attention to detail, strong planning skills, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you will do </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Act as the point of contact for Entain Studios for all certification submissions, approvals, and certification roadmap for all in house products </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with Entain Studios, In House Operations, Compliance  &  RNG product teams to deliver the certification roadmap for Entain Studios </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in the collation, preparation and submission of documents, records and requested items for all internal and external audits </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity for certification and regulatory approval tasks </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide support for Entain Studios certification by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data for certification and Regulator cycles to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and costs per studios, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement for Entain Studios </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Liaise with Studio stakeholders and Test Houses to facilitate communication, submissions, and track deliverables to ensure adherence to agreements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain accurate records, documentation, and procedural manuals to support certification activities and compliance requirements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in Operational activities within the Entain Studios Operations team ensuring high quality delivery of tasks and deliverables from each activity </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of project/delivery tracking </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Adaptability to changing requirements with a positive and proactive attitude. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Effective team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of communicating with multi-level stake holders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of gambling regulations in the UK  &  other EU jurisdictions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous experience working with Test Houses and 3rd party suppliers in the Gaming Industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of Jira and Confluence systems, and processes </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
