We want to continue to extend that experience into our in life service provision and are looking for someone to join the Vehicle Operations team to assist with all aspects of the in life journey for our customers. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> We are growing fast and have a relentless focus on scalability whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. There is lots to do as we continue to grow but also an amazing chance to influence how we manage our fleet and plenty of development opportunities. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you'll do </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimise vehicle downtime as we rapidly expand our fleet by liaising with dealers when vehicles are in for repair, escalating with manufacturers/dealers/partners where necessary </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> ‘Own’ customer escalations from start to finish and flag common root causes to mitigate them from happening in the future </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Actively seek compensation on behalf of our customers where necessary </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with our Customer Operations teams to ensure they consistently have the most up to date information to relay to our customers and keep them well informed at all times </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist all areas of the Vehicle Operations Team when required; this may involve vehicle insurance, hire vehicle management, arranging vehicle recalls etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Weekly reporting on volumes and trends </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you'll need </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> An understanding of the current challenges in the fleet industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working in either a dealer/fleet company or service/bodyshop </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Comfortable liaising with drivers to de-escalate situations and have a ‘phone-first’ approach </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Confidence in challenging dealers/manufacturers in reference to parts delays, repairs etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and associated supply chains is preferable </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous working knowledge of fleet management systems including Key2 and 1-Link is an advantage </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A curious and keen-eye for detail to spot areas of improvement - we love hearing ideas! </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> To want to be part of a rapidly growing company and be comfortable adopting changes quickly and adapt as the team and fleet grow </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Why else you'll love it here </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Wondering what the salary for this role is? </b> Just ask us!
