margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> As the Talent Acquisition Associate for the UK, EU and US, you will have ownership for the end-to-end recruitment and hiring across all practices in these regions, with a focus on positions up to and including the Consultant level. </span></p></div><div style="padding: 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><span> Liaising with hiring managers to scope out roles </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Where necessary, guide Managers or Practice leads to write Job Descriptions in-line with our Career Architecture and role requirements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advertising roles </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passive and proactive searching for prospective candidates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> CV Screening </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conducting First Interviews </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Liaising with hiring managers to talk about potential candidates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Arranging any further interviews and case studies (if required) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Gathering Feedback </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Managing the offer process </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Management of ATS </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assisting with additional ad-hoc recruitment tasks where needed </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Organising entry level recruitment as required i.e. recruitment events, assessment days </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Required Experience and Skills: </strong></p></div></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><span> A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either an agency or Talent Acquisition role </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Recruitment experience within the Life Science Consulting or biopharma space will be advantageous but isn’t essential </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Outstanding customer/client service skills or strong evidence of what this looks like and how to apply it at work </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Confident and competent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to thrive under pressure </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent oral and written communication skills </li></ul><p style="padding: 0;
