At STAT Recovery, our Analytics team is made up of driven, ambitious Financial Data Analysts who drive substantial value for our clients by becoming experts in their data through hands-on analysis. We build processes and automation to streamline our efforts, and we’re excited by growing our technical skills and learning from each other. What You’ll Do: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Perform detailed data analysis on client financial transaction data to identify deduction recovery opportunities and follow-up to ensure completion </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Perform technical analysis to identify data anomalies and research root causes, using various technologies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Synthesize insights and develop visual reports to clearly and simply communicate with clients what the data is saying </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop repeatable workflows to automate data cleansing and calculation steps </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify new opportunities for analysis and value-add services, and develop prototype solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead internal technical learning sessions on specific topics </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with subject matter experts and further document the Retail processes that produce our clients’ data </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to shaping the strategic priorities of the Analytics function and lead projects to complete those priorities </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and execute personal learning objectives to continuously expand technical skillset </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> No outside sales responsibilities are required of the Financial Data Analyst </li></ul> Requirements Who You Are: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 2+ years of financial analysis, financial modeling and analytic process experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, relevant work experience is considered </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as the job has a heavy analytical component </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced skills in MS Excel </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Flexible and eager to take on different tasks and challenges as they come up </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Embody and reflect the STAT culture and values in both thought and practice: Strategic, Nimble, Inquisitive, Proactive, Empathetic, Straightforward. </li></ul> Bonus Points: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with SQL, Alteryx or KNIME </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience executing and delivering on strategic initiatives for your organization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in Retail supplier transactions, Purchase Order lifecycles, deduction management </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Former client service background in a professional services environment is a plus </li></ul> Benefits <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 8% 401k Match eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings and matching funds program, employer match your 401(k) contributions, up to 8% of your salary. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Employer paid health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependents </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Employer paid Short-Term, Long-Term Disability, & Basic Life </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Access to Free Virtual Primary, Urgent, and Mental Healthcare </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Flexible vacation policy </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Remote work environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Paid Parental Leave </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Opportunity to travel for Company Wide and Functional Team gatherings </li></ul> Annual Salary starts at $90,000 </div></div>
