You’ll connect the dots between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance, while helping the organization stay on top of current technological opportunities and surfacing key data to help make important business decisions. You’ll build and maintain workflows and automations for business applications such as Salesforce, Pendo, Quicksight, Zendesk, Hubspot, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, Salesloft, and Chili Piper, and the integrations of those tools with Slack and Google Suite. You’ll also help evaluate and implement new tooling for the Revenue organization. From automating processes to easing data flows to facilitating better reporting, you’ll make recommendations about how to best meet the organization’s goals. You’ll research and architect the best, most thoughtful execution for system setup and will ensure the team is rallied around important infrastructure changes with clear communication and instruction. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you’ll do: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Revenue Operations Strategy: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with senior revenue team leadership to design and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve processes conducted in partnership between Sales + CS. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop, implement, and optimize revenue automation processes using tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales solutions. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Salesforce Development  &  Administration: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Serve as the primary Salesforce developer, responsible for managing custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customize and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation for improved efficiency. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure data integrity and oversee ongoing Salesforce training and adoption across the sales team. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Data Analysis  &  Reporting: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee the collection, assessment, and reporting of revenue-related data to provide actionable insights and forecasts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize Tableau to create comprehensive revenue team performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to revenue leadership. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Perform deep-dive review on revenue metrics (e.g., pipeline health, win/loss rates, quota attainment) to support strategy refinement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue team productivity and forecasting accuracy. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Automation  &  Enablement: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Optimize and manage SalesLoft to improve outreach, pipeline development, and revenue engagement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continuously optimize revenue team workflows to enhance team productivity through automation and best practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create user documentation and/or train appropriate team members on new workflows and processes </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Revenue Analyst Duties: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with revenue leaders to evaluate performance data, review market trends, and recommend actionable insights. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in revenue forecasting, demand planning, and territory management by using quantitative analysis techniques. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, product launches, and competitive assessment. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Product/Customer Success Support: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Using product insights data and CoLab usage data, provide a comprehensive and unified perspective of our customer base to drive Customer Success initiatives </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Marketing Automation  &  Alignment: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate and optimize campaigns using HubSpot or other marketing automation tools. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support lead generation and nurturing processes by ensuring smooth integration between marketing and revenue tech stacks </li></ul></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you’ll need: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical Skills: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration (experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for advanced data visualization. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with sales automation tools such as SalesLoft or Outreach. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Quicksight, Zendesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Chili Piper and the integrations of those tools with Slack and Google Suite. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide technical support and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in analytics, including revenue forecasting, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying data from CRM or marketing platforms. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Soft Skills: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0;
