In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy, leading multiple product squads dedicated to driving long-term business growth. Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies and PLG monetization flows, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading PMs and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> In this role, you will: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Growth PMs focused on monetization initiatives </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and cLTV </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiatives </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> About you </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in monetization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience leading multiple Product teams </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience growing the revenue of a sizable product-line or business </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical decision making skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy to understand narratives </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $255,000 USD  This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents.
