We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder. </div> What you’ll be responsible for: Circle is seeking a Senior Writer to conceptualize and author content that effectively connects with audiences. Circle engages with a diverse group of industry players through content – from large enterprises to crypto-native developers, founders, traders, regulators, and everyday people using digital currency. To succeed in this role, you must have an expert skill set in writing, storytelling, and SEO with a working knowledge of financial technology, digital currencies, and blockchain. You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance. </li></ul> What you’ll bring to Circle: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience: You have 7+ years of relevant experience in any combination of: journalism, SEO, content writing, Web3 marketing, B2B consumer finance. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise: You’re an expert in the craft of writing and have a knack for making the complex easy to digest. You have an innate curiosity and keen understanding of finance, Web3, and digital currencies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Flexibility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively to make sure that you have all the inputs you need to deliver high quality work. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Organization: You’re a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and consistently drives radical clarity around narrative, goals, and timelines. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Tech Savvy: You have experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools. </li></ul> Additional Information: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. </li></ul> Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations. Base Pay Range: $130,00 - $170,000 Annual Bonus Target: 15% Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.
