Now we are looking for a Senior Lawyer. Your main tasks will be: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Legal support of European , US, and foreign companies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cy , Singapore, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Registration of non-resident employees ( residence permit ) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Legal support of M & A and R & D projects </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> TM Registration </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Opening accounts in a financial institution </li></ul> We expect from you: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU etc.) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of E uropean law /experience with European projects (a must) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects (nice to have) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Consumer and Data protection experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Fluent English and Russian. </li></ul> What we offer: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Vacation 28 calendar days per year; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Full payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Corporate discount for English lessons; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> ​ Health benefits.
