And we have a TON of fun doing it! </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻 </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist plays an integral role on the client team by executing calendar campaigns and flow work accurately and proactively on several Retention Marketing clients. This role requires strong time management and organization skills, as well as a solid understanding of retention (email + SMS) marketing. </p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> As the Retention Marketing Specialist, you’ll be primarily responsible for the project managing, building and scheduling of email campaigns and flow emails, including creative brief writing, HTML coding and hands-on execution in the email platform (Klaviyo) on behalf of our Retention Marketing clients and owning email production process from start to finish. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> On a monthly basis, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the email content calendar for both content (writing on-brand error-free copy and thorough QA) and project management. This role will lead the workflow management of email production for our clients and be responsible for meeting deadlines and holding clients accountable to timelines. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You’ll work with a Retention Marketing Account Manager and/or Team Strategist and partner with them in managing Email  &  SMS services and support in developing strategies that grow our clients revenue. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Additionally, you will also support the Retention Marketing Account Manager in reporting tasks. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You’ll be hands on in the ESP to build automated workflows (drip campaigns), QA their logic, build segmentation, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You’ll coordinate with the design team to make sure the email campaigns are being executed based on the email briefs you develop and timelines are met for each campaign </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Requirements </strong></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What do I need? 🤓 </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Has 2+ years of experience in retention marketing (email, sms, loyalty programs, etc.).
