About the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to expand our team. The successful candidate will help to improve our proxy service, detection mechanisms and global distribution side capabilities. What you will do: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design and implement event-driven, scalable, and resilient Backend Systems to address complex business requirements. <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> For example, a microservice to detect malicious indicators in third party scripts. Or to gather threat intelligence data from different sources. </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work extensively with TypeScript and Go to build and maintain our services. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize Clickhouse for high-performance and reliable data storage solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Implement and manage Kafka for seamless data streaming and real-time data processing. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. </li></ul> About you: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Have a lot of energy and are eager to work in a dynamic startup environment, working hard to build world changing technology, going from 0 to 1. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in monitoring, alerting and debugging high volume production systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Solid understanding of a public cloud platform like AWS. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You excel in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to new challenges. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with browser environments and client-side security is a significant plus. </li></ul> At c/side: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> We’re constantly learning and developing better, we grow together </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> We do not ship half projects, we do not sell snake oil, we don’t cut corners - out of respect for our team, our customers and our community.
