In this role, you will play a key part to assist our engineering team in documenting, integrating, and deploying technical documents. This role requires a deep understanding of technical writing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> As a Technical Writer, you will create clear, user-friendly documentation and content that helps customers understand and effectively use our products </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design, write, and edit technical and process documentation that is clear, accurate, and easy to understand </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You will focus on developing content and ensuring it meets the needs of users </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> This role requires attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to produce documentation </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain technical and feature documentation for a range of audiences </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineers and product managers, to gather information and incorporate feedback into documentation </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Use feedback and data to make informed content decisions and improve documentation </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to content standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead individual projects effectively, meeting deadlines and balancing multiple tasks </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review and revise existing documentation to ensure it meets current standards and user needs </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in technical writing or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with creating technical documentation, preferably in a high-tech environment (i.e., software or hardware) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding of code writing and popular frameworks </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent written skills in English </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience writing, proofreading and editing </li></ul> Salary and Perks: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Market competitive salary. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bi-Annual increments. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Generous medical insurance coverage for employees </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Learning and development allowance. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provident fund and EOBI. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Elaborate paid leaves (annual, sick, casual, paternal, and bereavement leaves). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent working environment with transparent policies and helpful team members. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Exposure to an international working environment with employees belonging to 3 continents. </li></ul></div></div>
