As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What You'll Do: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the South Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South Region. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> About you: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred). </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The target base salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $175,000 annually. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws.
