Our flagship product is the open-source Vector Database: <a href="https://github.com/qdrant/qdrant" rel="nofollow"> https://github.com/qdrant/qdrant </a></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Among the technical challenges, we are facing is the implementation of our cloud infrastructure to serve our engine as a scalable cloud API solution. We are looking for a Support Engineer to ensure stable and secure operability of our managed solutions. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Tasks </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to our vector database products and our SaaS offering. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to resolve complex technical problems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and extend our support tooling, including database and cloud operations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage for critical issues. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with customers to understand their unique use cases and provide effective solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Participate in developing tools to automate daily operations. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Requirements </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go or Python. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working in a customer-facing support role. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Willingness to participate in on-call rotations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Candidates need to be based in EMEA.
