Reporting into Software Development Team Lead , you will help us conduct tests throughout all stages of software development to ensure quality of our software products . You will design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases and automated tests to identify defects and ensure that our products meet the required standards. Some of the other responsibilities include: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Closely working with software engineers, product managers, business analyst to drive the QA process, contributing ideas and process improvement </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tool </li></ul> Location: In this position, you can work from home 100%, anywhere in NZ, provided you have full working rights. This role is best suited to current QAs who are at intermediate to early senior level. <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div> What would make me a good candidate?
