Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture, which allows us never to stop, to evolve, and to create something new. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you will do </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, informing the design process </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze customer journey maps to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the user experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with the Product Management team to align design activities with overall product goals and user needs </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Participate in key internal meetings, including weekly/daily status updates and planning sessions, to ensure alignment on problem definitions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with the Development and Product Management teams to brainstorm innovative solutions that align with product direction and user experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to articulate possible design solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Craft prototypes to validate and visualize new product concepts </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead data-driven usability tests to assess prototype effectiveness and gather insights for refinement </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execute all stages of the visual design process, from concept to the final hand-off to the engineering team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Establish and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess design effectiveness and user satisfaction </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize analytics and other data to maintain an evidence-based approach to ongoing design refinements </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications and experience needed </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A minimum of 2 years in a UX/UI design role or related capacity </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated expertise in employing Service Design or Human-Centered Design methodologies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A compelling portfolio featuring a variety of web and mobile projects </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in design software such as Figma or Sketch </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with dynamic and low-fidelity prototyping tools, including but not limited to Figma and Framer. Familiarity with paper prototyping is also desirable </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A foundational understanding of Customer Development is considered a significant advantage </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prior experience working within an Agile or Scrum development framework </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> English proficiency at an Intermediate level or above </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Fluent written  &  spoken Ukrainian </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What we offer </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Office or remote — it’s up to you.
