About The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our organisation focused on the Cleafy Console, the user facing part of our platform. As a Product Manager of Console at Cleafy , you will partner with engineers and other parts of the organisation in ensuring that our users get maximum value out of Cleafy for their organisation. You will own the Console end to end - discovering user problems and areas for improvement, then work with engineering and design to craft innovative solutions that meet those needs. In this role you will also drive the go to market process for new features and capabilities with an understanding of the competitive landscape, value proposition and measures of success. Responsibilities <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Together with the Product Director, develop the product vision, strategy and plan for the Cleafy Console </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead in-depth discovery in collaboration with your cross functional partners to understand user needs in their day to day tasks in fraud analysis </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Write relevant product briefs/PRD's to articulate the discovery learnings to other teams </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Define and measure KPI's related to user experience and successful use of the Console </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Communicate to the rest of the organisation to both collect feedback and and inform them on roadmap </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Engage directly with customers and users in identifying future opportunities </li></ul> Requirements <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of product management experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> B2B enterprise software background focused on user experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding of and worked closely with UX </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in big data and analytics products </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Fraud/cyber background would be advantageous </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated ability of independently delivering technology products end to end </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of product development methodologies and best practices </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in data-led approaches to product work including A/B testing, user research, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis etc </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A proven ability of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent English written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> Why you should join Cleafy: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Hybrid or remote job.
