This role combines Workday transactional experience with administrative People Operations processes. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Responsibilities </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain accuracy of employee HRIS records. Responsible for ensuring HRIS (Workday) is up-to-date at all times. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Process new hires, job and compensation changes, terminations, manager changes, location updates and other People Data in Workday changes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate people data changes impacting Payroll and Benefits with US/China People team members and with international PEO vendor. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create and edit open positions  &  job requisitions, update candidate/applicant profiles, prepare offer letters, manage background check process, and manage new hire onboarding processes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist Workday team in testing configuration changes, new reports, Workday release upgrades, and other new Workday functionality. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review and audit regular reports to monitor accuracy of employee records from Workay and other HR systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage People team’s ticketing inbound queue in Zendesk. Responsible for ensuring People tickets are resolved on a timely basis. Partner with People team colleagues to learn about frequently asked questions to answer questions independently in the future. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain People knowledge management articles in Zendesk. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Document and maintain process procedures for the People team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide support for systems data audits and communicate required changes to IT, Finance, and other departments as needed. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support strategic People team projects as requested. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you Bring to the Party </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 2+ years of high-volume HR experience, preferably in a global shared services team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working with multiple time zones and countries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Detail and data oriented with impeccable follow through. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong interest in process improvement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with HR systems and processes, especially Workday. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing tools. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with spreadsheets, Google Gmail/Docs, mail merges, and Slack. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Nice to Have: Experience in startup culture - comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><b> Our Commitments: </b></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Thrasio values diversity, equity, and inclusion and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
