On the Basis engineering team, QA Engineers are involved in the full software development life-cycle (SDLC) from iteration planning to retrospectives. Other ways that you will contribute are by: </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborating closely with the product team to understand the product vision and user stories at a level where you can create testing scenarios. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contributing to broad QA initiatives (testing env., process, training) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Documenting clear test plans and test cases, and performing test plan reviews </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identifying areas for improvement across QA and collaborating on a solution </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Researching new technologies/tools and their potential benefit to our projects </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Being a leading voice for quality in a highly collaborative cross-functional development team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Being responsible for the design and execution of manual testing strategy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintaining quality of the platform in a fast-paced deployment and release environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Acknowledging and embracing diversity of thought and opinion, and approach with Beeps, clients and vendors, regardless of background, culture, and organizational level.
