Job mission As a part of our User Acquisition team, you will work on our Real-time Bidding solution with Machine Learning and data-driven insights at its core. Job responsibilities <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Team Collaboration for User Growth: Partner with product managers, backend engineers, and operation team to transform business requirements into data-driven strategies. Focus on user growth and engagement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights and guide strategic decisions. Promote a culture where data is at the heart of decision-making. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the advertising industry's trends and use data analysis to challenge existing practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Project Management: Lead data science projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. </li></ul> Job requirements <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience: Minimum 3 years as a data scientist, and must have more than 2 years of expertise in User Acquisition or Real-time Bidding domain. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and other analytical tools.
