margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in preparing accurate financial statements (P  &  L, balance sheets, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deep understanding of SaaS-specific financial metrics such as MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), churn rates, and cohort analysis. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to build and maintain financial models to forecast growth, profitability, and cash flow. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition principles and ability to ensure proper accounting of subscription revenue, renewals, and other contract-related income. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to align with the company’s growth strategy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to lead and manage the annual budget process and create rolling forecasts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, with a focus on optimizing cash conversion cycles in a subscription-based business model. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in planning and managing capital requirements for growth initiatives. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in implementing effective workflows and improving team efficiency. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> In-depth knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance (SOX, tax regulations, etc.). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee external audit processes and ensure timely filing of all regulatory financial reports. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in corporate tax strategy, including income tax, sales tax, international tax issues, and transfer pricing as it relates to SaaS businesses. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to manage tax filings, ensure tax compliance, and collaborate with external tax advisors. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to implement and optimize financial systems to streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in scenario planning and decision modeling to support long-term business goals. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience preparing financial reports and presentations for investors, board meetings, and fundraising rounds. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to effectively communicate financial performance, projections, and strategies to external stakeholders. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to help drive the company’s growth, scalability, and profitability. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to understand and navigate the nuances of the SaaS business model to guide financial decisions. </li></ul></div></div><p style="padding: 0;
