As a technical trainer and support engineer, you will be responsible for Field ServiceTraining and Customer Support and for the APAC region at Markforged. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> This role complements the sales team to provide a full range of solutions and services to our customers and partners. You will provide training, investigate and provide solutions to help solve customer problems, both remotely and in the field. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What will you own: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide technical training and support to our Reseller Partners </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee and assist with 3D Printer Installations at Customer Sites </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Mentor, evaluate, and certify the skills of the Reseller Installers for future solo work </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Attending meetings and trainings to maintain familiarity with current product </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide follow-up support and engagement for Resellers you have engaged with </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Update installation and troubleshooting documentation </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 30%-60% Travel depending on training schedule </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Any other duties as reasonably required </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you have: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience providing training in a technical environment, either onsite setup training or in a classroom </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience providing technical support for Additive manufacturing equipment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Active passport </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience with Electronic Diagram literacy and diagnostics </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to multitask and work under pressure at times to meet deadlines </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> CRM experience Salesforce, Slack , Jira, Confluence is preferred </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer service experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, organise and prioritise, and respond quickly to changes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding of and enthusiasm for working across multiple cultures and time zones </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Self driven, with the ability to take ownership of support cases while working within a team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication and analytical skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent spoken and written English.
