We are working on building the best analytics consulting company in the world. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. </li></ul> Candidate Relationship Management: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates. </li></ul> Collaboration with Hiring Managers: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles. </li></ul> Job Posting and Advertisement: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. </li></ul> Interviewing and Evaluation: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements. </li></ul> Data Management: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement. </li></ul> Requirements <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Must have prior experience in Europe/ UK hiring </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
