Responsibilities <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Propose, plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc… </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts and drive results </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data inform strategies and ensure maximum effectiveness </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Responsible for targeted digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Implement and manage CRM systems (ZOHO CRM or HighLevel CRM preferred) for enhanced sales and marketing alignment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain consistency in brand messaging across marketing channels and materials </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and results </li></ul> Qualifications <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> At least 2 years of experience in real estate or residential construction industry marketing </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing campaigns </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho or HighLevel preferred) and integration into marketing/sales workflows </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and results </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, provide and receive direct feedback, and set ambitious goals. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions </li></ul> About the Company Odisea Cultura fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
