This role focuses on crafting strategies that enhance the customer experience and showcase the transformative value Spare brings to transit agencies. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to design and execute campaigns, develop content, and foster long-term customer relationships. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Your work will directly influence the quality and efficiency of public transportation services, making them more inclusive and sustainable. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape this role from the ground up! </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><em> Our Spare headquarters is located in Vancouver, BC, but this position is </em><strong><em> open to remote work options within Canada and USA. </em></strong></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> About the role </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer campaigns  Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and growth. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization to enhance engagement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer content  Develop case studies, newsletters, service updates, and other content that reflect the impact of Spare’s solutions and help customers communicate their success. Work closely with Product Marketing and Customer Success to identify key opportunities for storytelling and distribute content across appropriate channels. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer engagement programs  Create and manage programs aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring alignment with business goals. Support agencies by providing rider marketing strategies that promote the adoption of Spare services in their communities.
