This role will be focused on adoption and helping developers thrive using our developer tools for operating onchain applications such as Relayers, Monitors and Access Control. It will require experience and skills in go-to-market, product marketing, and developer relations, as well as product management. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> The Product Team works closely with all the functions in order to achieve our goal of protecting the open economy by enabling developers and companies to securely code, audit, deploy, and operate smart contracts. We put a strong emphasis on user experience and analytics, and we love to experiment! </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you'll be doing </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Define and execute a clear product roadmap for our Operate Tools that aligns with our vision to scale secure blockchain applications to a broader audience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with Development, Design, Data Team, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions that meet the needs of developers and users alike. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the product backlog, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Establish key performance metrics to guide product decisions and measure success, ensuring that we are delivering value to both developers and the broader ecosystem. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Report on progress, identify strategic challenges, and refine product strategies in collaboration with leadership. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Engage with developers and ecosystem partners to understand unmet needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> You have </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum, and familiarity with the developer tools and communities within the ecosystem. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> An ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical background such as a degree in Engineering or Computer Science. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Startup experience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deep care in building technical software products.
