<div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0">Description Sr. Software Engineer Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Reveleer. This role will be focused on the development and maintenance of our existing applications, as well as the creation of platform services/components to be consumed by other development teams. Seeking highly motivated engineers who can work well independently as well as in a team environment. In this role, you will demonstrate a solid understanding of system design and computer science fundamentals, and their application to solve technical business problems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, Kubernetes, and AWS, with a demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex, enterprise-level software solutions. Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure-as-Code (i.e., terraform) is a big plus. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of software development best practices, and be committed to continual learning. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design, develop and maintain web-based SaaS applications to enhance the performance and reliability of our current applications, as well as participate in the development of new industry-leading products, leveraging technologies such as C#, .NET Core, MSSQL, JavaScript, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design, develop, and maintain complex and secure cloud solutions on the AWS platform </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop high-performance distributed systems using .NET Core and open-source technologies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with Product Managers, analysts, team members, and stakeholders to understand customer needs, document software requirements, and ensure applications deliver successful customer outcomes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor and troubleshoot problems, whether due to data, software, or configuration, and work to rapidly implement repairs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior software developers. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrate strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, languages, and frameworks. Act as a subject matter expert, assisting others in problem-solving and code reviews. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure that software developed meets high-quality standards through continuous testing, debugging, and code refactoring. Implement best practices and maintain code integrity. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop a deep understanding of the business domain in which the software operates. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business needs, objectives, and challenges. Translate these requirements into technical solutions that align with business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify areas for continuous improvement and work with team members and engineering leadership to advance processes, platforms, and tools. </li></ul> REQUIRED SKILLS: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Core .NET Core/7/8 Enterprise web application development experience (5+ years) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong Object-oriented coding practices (UMI, Design Patterns) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience operating in an Agile environment and a solid understanding of Agile methodology, patterns, and practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced SQL knowledge (MS SQL preferred) with experience with DB and query optimization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Event-driven architectures </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> API Development experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Cloud native development experience (AWS preferred) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with test automation frameworks and understanding of automation best practices </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with observability tools and application instrumentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience building and deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with high-traffic distributed systems at scale </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Full Software Development Life Cycle experience </li></ul> ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in practicing continuous delivery and configuring deployment pipelines using modern CI/CD tooling (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Cloud Expertise in areas such as Lambda/Function, message queues/topics, cloud storage, etc. (AWS Preferred) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience working with ReactJS </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Enterprise Architecture experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Healthcare domain knowledge a plus </li></ul> EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technology-related field is required. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Must have a minimum of five years of full-time experience in developing software solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Must be able to manage changing direction and adapt to a fast-paced environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Must be able to work with a variety of personalities and skill levels in a matrixed environment to accomplish deliverables and goals. </li></ul> WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Competitive Salary </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Medical, Dental and Vision benefits </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 401k plan with Employer Match </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Generous PTO Plan </li></ul> Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 / annually Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
