The Finance Associate will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement projects, ensuring the efficient execution of financial initiatives. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support the finance team in developing budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide insights on the financial metrics. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage accounts receivables and payables. Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments. Handle customer billing and collections as needed. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure all financial practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings as necessary. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Managed banking operations to explore new product/service offerings to support our business operations, managed bank compliance queries, and oversaw the onboarding and KYC process. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Help maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial records. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and scale the finance operations to support the projected growth in our ecosystems, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and enhancing controls </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the fintech or crypto sector. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Skills: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced Proficiency in managing data sets with Excel or Google sheet </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. </li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
