We need your strong UX/UI skills and understanding of how components work in a robust system. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Novu cloud - You will be also working on the <a href="https://web.novu.co/auth/login" rel="nofollow"> Novu Cloud </a> application along with the Lead Product Designer. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure that the product design strategy aligns with the business. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design architecture - For the last 2 years, we prioritized velocity over consistency to move fast. Now it’s time to enhance our existing framework. You would need to review and build a system, not a solution. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain design system - We built our first version using a set of library components that do not currently work perfectly with each other. And understand how to work in a high-speed environment or a startup. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execution - You have the passion and skills to deal with uncertainty at a high pace. You are a “Better done than perfect” person and you care about the outcome you ship. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Accountability - You are ready to take responsibility for the outcomes, not just the outputs of your work. You are not satisfied unless you verify the solution works in real life. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer-centric - You gain a deep understanding of the customer's needs day-to-day, not just “before a project research.” You can take cover for your PM on the customer call. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Research - You can conduct qualitative and quantitative research and understand when to apply which type. You can cluster, review, and reflect on research data. You can build assumptions based on the information you have. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Measure success - You know how to set up goals and drive specific product metrics. You are curious to check the metrics you set up and drive improvements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaboration - You craft solutions in close collaboration with design and engineering teams, explaining the “why” and working with them to define the “how.” </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Feedback - You know how to give feedback to your colleagues to empower your collaborative work. You are constantly seeking feedback, and you are hungry for the information that helps you to improve. Being familiar with the framework “Non-violent Communication” would be a plus+ </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Transparency - You are actively sharing what you are doing to seek colleagues’ opinions on your work because you like to iterate to become better. You think that your team is a supercomputer, aka a collective mind that empowers you, not criticizes you. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Flexibility - You have your own opinion and respect others’ people boundaries.
