<div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><p><strong>Description</p></strong><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> AHEAD is currently seeking a Compliance Specialist to help build out the compliance function and provide counseling to AHEAD’s sales team and stakeholders. You will report to AHEAD’s Corporate Counsel, Compliance. This is a remote role. </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Responsibilities </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as customers, vendors, and regulators, as necessary; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage compliance-related projects for current and evolving laws and obligations; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in designing, implementing, and managing effective compliance programs; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and regulatory agencies; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with data privacy related requests and audits, as necessary; and </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assess and minimize sources of risk, with appropriate escalations as necessary. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, TCPA) and experience with GDPR; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience interacting with or working for government agencies; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad range of policies; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Project or program management experience; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills; and </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent business judgment, attention to detail, and self-motivation. </li></ul></p></div></div>
