Requirements Qualifications: 🎯 Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position. 🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🎯 Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools. 🎯 Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 🎯 Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
