Here are the details: Location: Remote in the United States, Canada and Brazil <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> U.S. Full Time Employee or Contractor </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Canada Full Time Contractor </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Brazil Full Time Contractor </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"></ul> Reports to: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Director of Product </li></ul> Salary/rate range: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Depends on experience and location </li></ul> Interview process: (~2.5 weeks): <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Recruiter call </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Hiring manager video call </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Panels <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Peers (QA and Developer) </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Decision </li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical imaging software and systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execute and manage testing activities for medical imaging software and systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks for medical imaging software and systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify, report, and track software defects and issues </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Perform risk analysis and identify areas for improvement in the development process </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical imaging software (e.g., FDA, CE) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Mentor and train junior members of the QA team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to medical imaging and quality assurance </li></ul> Requirements: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in medical imaging </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong knowledge of medical imaging standards, protocols, and best practices </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical imaging software and systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with testing medical imaging software for compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with medical imaging modalities, such as MRI, CT, and ultrasound </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in server-side and client-side programming in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills in English </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> BS degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience </li></ul> NOTE: We seek talented individuals with great potential, even when they don't meet all the job requirements.
