Proactive management of tasks, clear communication, and strategic facilitation across different stages of program development to ensure alignment with organizational goals are essential for this role. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Your Key Responsibilities: </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Role and Document Clarity: </b> Proactively ensure clarity in roles and required documents across all stages, engaging with relevant parties to achieve this. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Review Organization and Preparation: </b> Accountable for organizing and preparing key reviews, including Stage Gates, and facilitating necessary discussions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Program Process Oversight: </b> e.g. oversee the progress and clarity of phase scope documents, ensuring alignment with process  &  format requirements; Stage Gate checklists; etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Program Facilitation on Scope: </b> Assist the Program DRI in the facilitation of scope setting and analysis, including running workshops and providing tools and techniques. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Timeline  &  Roadmap Management: </b> Ensure all program paperwork is clear and aligned while developing and maintaining an effective delivery plan and timeline. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Team Coaching and Risk Management: </b> Lead teams, especially in challenging scenarios, providing coaching and mentorship, so that they manage risks with a solution-oriented approach. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><b> Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: </b> Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding program KPIs and success criteria, and report program status to facilitate transparent, informed decision-making. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> As the Program Manager, you will create and maintain all essential program management artifacts, ensuring they are completed accurately and timely. In some cases, you may handle these responsibilities directly; in others, you may delegate them to appropriate individuals. Your duties include drafting, updating, and maintaining intake papers outlining the program's purpose, scoping documents detailing the program's objectives and deliverables, high-level delivery plans setting out key milestones, and execution reports tracking progress against goals.
