We welcome new ideas, support your growth, and recognize your value, if this aligns with what you are looking for in your next career move, Join Us </div> LastPass is looking for Account Executive (SMB): As an Account Executive your focus will be working on building new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across existing North America customers and prospects in the ‘SMB ’space (0-500 employee organizations). You will be set up for success, with the support of the Channel, Product Specialist and Solutions Consulting. We are a creative group looking to further perfect our sales process in order to achieve our FY targets. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Enhancing our Partner motion. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Obsessing over value creation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Having a Local Focus on your territory, while also a Global Awareness of news and trends in our industry. </li></ul> What does it take to work at LastPass? <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven success in a high velocity, quota carrying role. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong pipeline management with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Self-starters with strong time management skills and accountability. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A strong understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build + leverage those relationships. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> The ability to utilize Sales Dashboards and Reports to efficiently manage and own your territory. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A competitive drive with a continuous pursuit of self-improvement and success. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Someone who intends to bring value to their customers and help one another meet their goals. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Positive/ solution-oriented mindset looking to solve problems and help advance our mission. </li></ul> It's great, but not required: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to travel to partner/company events </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool. </li></ul> Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $50,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission.
