Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user interface. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and ensure alignment with business goals and technical constraints. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs and user experiences. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes. </li></ul> Requirements <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs. </li></ul> Benefits Job Type: Independent Contractor Location: Remote Working Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: $1200 - $1400 / per month </div></div>
