Challenges you’ll meet: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deliver insights and recommendations to drive product improvements and business growth. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Improve the analytics stage of the HADI development cycle. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that enhance the customer experience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support and enhance the A/B testing process. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Validate product hypotheses and connect hypothesis results to business metrics. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design key metrics to measure various aspects of the business. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create and maintain automated dashboards to promote company-wide understanding of user experience. </li></ul> Your professional qualities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous experience in a analytical role, creating impactful solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency SQL and Tableau </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of mathematical statistics and statistical hypothesis testing principles </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong task decomposition and problem-solving skills </li></ul> Nice to have: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with Airflow, Git and Python </li></ul> In our team, we value: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Sociability.
