The role will focus on driving rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven experimentation and innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for implementing multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates, ultimately contributing to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you’ll do </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design and implement growth plans that align with short-term performance goals and longer-term business objectives, with a primary focus on Top of Funnel (ToFu) growth </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Use data to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, making informed decisions and optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continuously experiment with different growth tactics, such as A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to find the most effective solutions for scaling acquisition. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, email, content, and SEO, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to growth. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Implement low-cost, high-impact growth tactics aimed at quick, sustainable wins. Use creative approaches to solve marketing challenges and drive immediate results. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Beyond acquisition, work to optimize user flows and engagement strategies that retain customers, increasing LTV and reducing churn. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) by refining user journeys, landing pages, and content that resonates with target audiences, driving higher engagement and leads. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Specialist or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing) with a track record of driving rapid growth. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms to make data-driven decisions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and an ability to think creatively to solve marketing challenges. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and driving customer acquisition. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Based in the European Union. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div></p></div></div>
